NEW GUILTY GEAR XRD REVELATOR CHARACTER UPDATE
Guilty Gear amiibo?!Īlthough this was introduced in Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator within an update last year, the Digital Figures may be new to a few players (such as myself). If that's not enough Jam Kuradoberi, Kum Haehyun, Raven, and Dizzy have new story scenes added to their respective Episode campaigns as well. If you enjoyed watching the epic (albeit non-interactive) story in Revelator, you'll be pleasantly surprised to see that Rev 2 features a new storyline known as "After Story" that continues Revelator's plot. There are plenty of new moves to master, too, so playing around with the characters can be quite rewarding. This means that if you're comfortable with a handful of fighters in Revelator, you may have to change up your strategy if you want to stay on top of your game. Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 tightens up the gameplay by completely rebalancing all of the characters. Baiken and Answer duke it out A re-balancing act Of course, this also means that if you already bought her, you might feel a little cheated that she's included here at no additional cost. Fans get DizzyĪnother incentive to get this update is that Dizzy is unlocked whether you purchased her for Revelator or not. In the end, it's great to have these two characters join the lineup to create a roster of 25 total fighters. It's interesting that both of these characters have opposite personalities as Baiken can be rather brazen while Answer is much stricter. She now joins the roster along with Chipp Zanuff's personal assistant a man simply named Answer. Guilty Gear fans may remember Baiken from the original game as an unlockable character as well as from a few of the sequels and spin-offs. v1d30chumz 109-200-233-75 Baiken and Answer enter the ring
Thankfully, you can import all of your save data from Revelator so you can pick up where you left off but with more content to enjoy. Therefore, you won't be missing out on anything if you already own Revelator and decide to update it. Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 is basically the same core game as Guilty Gear Xrd: Revelator. That's not Kenshin Himura it's Baiken! Same rockin' fighter However, it may be difficult to decide if it's worth the asking price so allow me to break down all the new content.
